Um… How many of you for dinner, Doc?
Just three. Yes, I’m very greedy.
I love that you have about 20 spuds and one solitary parsnip.
Haha, yeah. Several reasons for that. For one, I only had one parsnip left over from the stew I made last week. For two, I’m the only person who likes parsnips. For three, I can’t seem to get roast parsnips right anyway; they don’t crisp up for me.
